Not at all, you can checkout as guest. However, with an account you can keep a track of your orders easily, as well as receive discounts and promotions.

We post all UK orders using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. We also offer express service (DPD Next Day) at extra cost.

International orders are posted via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Yes! As well as the UK, we post worldwide, with many of our customers based in Europe and all over.

Standard UK delivery

  • Free - for orders over £30.
  • Orders under £30 - depending on the items, £1.49-£3.49.

Next Day

  • £9.99 for DPD Next Day delivery.

International

  • Free - for orders over £249.
  • Orders under £249 - depending on the items, £9.99-£16.99.

When you place an order with us, as long as you enter an email address, you will receive an email confirmation once you've placed an order. Sometimes the email can end up in junk/spam folders, so be sure to check in those folders. However, If you still haven't received a confirmation, not to worry! You can email us and request one.

Please contact us as soon as possible, whether by email or contact form if you would like to cancel an order. Please bear in mind, orders are dispatched 9am-2pm during weekdays. We will do our best to cancel them if we receive the request sooner than later, but either way we will let you know.

Order cut off time is 2pm on a working day (Mon-Fri).

UK orders placed before 2pm are posted the same working day, otherwise the next wroking day, with expected delivery within 1-3 days for standard delivery, and the next working day for Next Day service.

International orders can take 1-3 weeks to arrive but will also be posted the same working day or the next working day an order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep track of your order.

Alternatively, just go to 'My Account' log in, and select the order you'd like to track.

If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, no biggie! There may be a delay with the update of your tracking, but it should update soon. Please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. 

Has your estimated delivery date already passed? Please give us a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times)! Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.

If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 7 days of your estimated delivery date and we’ll do our best to help you.

Email us on info@ynrinstruments.co.uk with your order number and we'd be happy to email you an invoice.

If you would like return an item, you can do so by sending them (within 28 days of your purchase) to the following address:

YNR Instruments Ltd, 17 Carnarvon Street, Manchester, M3 1EZ, UK.

With your return, please include a note stating your name, your order number, and the reason why you are returning the item(s). 

Once we receive it, we will issue you a refund. Alternatively, if you would like to exchange your item, you can follow the same steps but mention this in your return note.

If your item has arrived faulty or is faulty past the 28 days, please contact us on info@ynrinstruments.co.uk or by filling out a contact form.
