The Company primarily uses Royal Mail for deliveries. If the Customer wishes to change the delivery method, they must notify the Company at the time of payment.
- Bulk orders will be dispatched using the most appropriate shipping method. If the Customer requests an alternative shipping route or places an order outside the normal dispatch schedule, the Company reserves the right to charge the full cost of delivery, regardless of the order value.
- Deliveries will be made to the reception desk or ground floor of the Customer’s specified delivery address. If there are special delivery requirements or access restrictions (e.g., narrow doorways, stairs, or limited entry points), the Customer must inform the Company at the time of placing the order. Additional costs may apply. The Company is not responsible for any delivery issues arising from insufficient information provided by the Customer.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the agreed timeframe. If no specific timeframe is agreed upon, delivery will occur within a reasonable period. However, delivery times are not guaranteed. If the Company cannot fulfill a delivery on the specified date, it will not be considered a breach of contract, nor will the Company be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from delivery delays. The Customer cannot cancel the order or claim a refund due to late delivery unless they provide 14 days’ written notice requiring the Company to fulfill delivery. If delivery is not completed within this period, only then may the Customer cancel the order. No other remedies for late delivery will be available.
