YNR Full Cheek Waterford Horse Bit combines a flexible, articulated Waterford mouthpiece with full-cheek sides for clear lateral guidance. The mouthpiece is formed from multiple rounded links that move independently, giving a highly mobile feel in the horse’s mouth.

This design is commonly selected for horses that tend to lean, pull or take a fixed hold on a more rigid mouthpiece. The full cheeks support lateral guidance and can help reinforce turning aids.

Waterford Mouthpiece

The Waterford mouthpiece consists of a series of rounded, articulated links rather than a solid bar. Its high degree of movement makes it more difficult for the horse to brace against the bit. As with any bit, response and suitability depend on correct fit, the individual horse and the rider’s hands.

Choosing the Right Size
