How to take a reading
- Insert a finger fully into the clip with the nail facing upwards.
- Press the power button once.
- Keep your hand relaxed and remain still while the reading stabilises.
- Read the SpO₂ and pulse-rate results from the display.

Useful for adults who wish to check SpO₂ and pulse rate, including before or after activities such as walking, cycling, skiing or climbing. For the most consistent result, rest before testing and avoid moving during measurement.
